ORDERING FROM MINISTIK TRADING

	All pricing in Canadian Dollars
	GST will be added (*) WHERE APPLICABLE.
	At this time we do not ship internationally. We will be adding this capability in the future.
	If you choose to use our online shopping cart, the following payment options are available:

Email: All Email Orders are to be paid by Money Order, Certified Cheque, Cheque, Bank Draft or Interac Email.

Payments made by cheque require 10 days to clear. Since payment is not received on most orders that are submitted using the option to pay by cheque we do not enter them into our system until payment has been received and stock availability is determined at time payment is received. Sale prices in effect at the time you order will be honored if payment is received within 14 days and will revert to normal pricing after that time.

You will receive a email confirmation that your order was received and a follow up email giving payment instructions.

You may also order by telephone 780-662-3309. Our business hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST.

SHIPPING FROM MINISTIK TRADING

	After payment most orders are shipped within 24 hours, excluding Saturday and Sunday. We will notify you by email when your order will ship.
	All pricing includes shipping charges.
	We Send All Orders Canada Post.
	A $7.00 handling charge will be added to all orders.
	Should you wish express shipping an additional charge will be incurred.
	Local delivery and pick-up available. Please phone for directions.

RETURN POLICY

	Due to the nature of our business returns will not be accepted as we can no longer vouch for the content.
	Due to the variety of industries served, products are sold without warranty of any kind. Purchasers will, by their own test and evaluation, determine suitability of such products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by this company. In no events will we be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of or in connection with the use and / or suitability of products.
	As per out term and conditions, once a package has been received we can no longer vouch for the contents. Therefore, we do not accept product returns.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We try to keep all products in stock. Due to a heavy demand for a particular product, failed crops or unavailability from our supplier, items may not be available the day you order. We do not backorder out of stock items. You may reorder out of stock items at a later date. If you request that we backorder an item it is entered as a separate order and a separate shipping charge apply to that shipment. When we expect an item within a few days we typically contact you and ask if you want to wait for the item or if you prefer to have your order shipped without the out of stock item.

PACKAGING / CUSTOMIZED PACKAGING

In order to provide the lowest cost for our bulk herbs we use minimal packaging. For example, if you order two four ounce packages of an bulk herb or spice you can expect to receive one eight ounce package. Custom packaging is available for an additional fee.
